Located about 275 km (170 miles) west of Nairobi, travelers can reach the Maasai Mara either by a short scenic flight over the Great Rift Valley or by road safari through beautiful landscapes and the Mau Escarpment.
In the reserve, you will find massive herds of elephants, zebras, gazelles, elands and occasionally the rare black rhino. The Mara is also home to the Big Cats — lions, leopards, and cheetahs — thriving across its 1,672 km² of protected wilderness.

Day 1: Nairobi ➝ Maasai Mara
Depart Nairobi at 07:30 AM. Drive through the Great Rift Valley and Loita Plains, arriving in time for lunch. Afternoon game drive in the reserve. Dinner and overnight at camp. (Meals: Lunch & Dinner)
Day 2: Full-Day Safari
