Detailed Itinerary
Day 1: Nairobi – Aberdares National Park
Depart Nairobi in the morning and drive through the central highlands. Arrive at the Aberdares National Park,
famous for its dense forest, waterfalls, and cool climate. Enjoy lunch at your lodge.
In the evening, settle into a tree-lodge or mountain lodge where wildlife such as elephants and buffalo
come to the floodlit waterholes.

Day 2: Aberdares – Samburu National Reserve
After breakfast, continue north across the equator to Samburu National Reserve. Arrive in time for lunch
followed by your first afternoon game drive. Samburu is home to unique northern species such as
Grevy’s zebra, gerenuk, and Beisa oryx. Return to camp for dinner.

Day 3: Full Day in Samburu
Spend a full day in Samburu with both morning and afternoon game drives. Explore the Ewaso Nyiro River
where elephants, lions, and crocodiles thrive. In between, relax at your lodge or pool while enjoying
panoramic desert-savanna views.

Day 4: Samburu – Sweetwaters (Ol Pejeta Conservancy)
Depart Samburu after breakfast and drive south to the Sweetwaters Tented Camp located within the
Ol Pejeta Conservancy, with stunning views of Mount Kenya. Afternoon game drive includes a visit
to the rhino sanctuary and the chimpanzee sanctuary.
Overnight at Sweetwaters Tented Camp.
Day 5: Sweetwaters – Nairobi
After breakfast, enjoy a leisurely morning before departing for Nairobi, arriving in the afternoon. End of safari.
