Cruzeiro Safaris has been assisting corporates and Non-governmental Organizations (NGO's) in logistics involving their events, workshops, employee gratitude's, exhibitions and general functions. Our team will work with you to ensure that your MICE theme is catered for.

1. Hotel accommodation:

2. Transport:
   Airport transfers depending on group size we can use the 3-seater, 7-seater or 18-seater vehicles. Transfer of group if conference is being held outside Nairobi. Read more......
3. Meet and greet service:
   Have you ever been confused on arrival at an airport where every one you meet is telling you different prices and rates? surely you don't need that experience especially having had jet lag.On arrival our Representative meets you at the exit of your plane and  you are assisted with immigration formalities, luggage assistance. This service can come in handy also while connecting flights or have children you need assistance with inside the airport. This service comes at a fee.                         For group meet and greet - we normally organize dancing troupe to meet you at the entrance of your hotel.This fee ranges from USD250-400 depending on size of group and dances
4. Sight seeing tours:
   Have a look at the city in the sun that will or has hosted you. We can offer group discount (on prior negotiations). We have tours that will suit your timings for example the city tours or dinner at the carnivore. These tours are relaxing, enjoyable and informative.Read more.......

1. Theme and purpose of your event: strategic meeting, exhibitions, product appraisal / launch, employee gratitude, etc.


2. Location : distance from the airport or cities and transit times and security


3. Capacity: boardroom style, classroom style, theatre style, banquet style, cocktail style, stadium or outdoors grounds.


4. Visual aids: Overhead projectors, flip chart, TV and video, slide projectors, screen and PA systems, etc.


5. Communication facilities: telephone, fax ,email


6. Recreations facilities: gym, sauna, steam bath, choice of restaurants and bars, casinos, swimming pool, shopping center, game viewing drives, golf-course.


7. Team building facilities: some hotels and lodges have in built team building facilities and programs, with specialized instructors
