CONFERENCES, EVENTS AND EXHIBITIONS
Cruzeiro Safaris has been assisting corporates and Non-governmental
Organizations (NGO's) in logistics involving their events, workshops,
employee gratitude's, exhibitions and general functions.
These logistics include:
- Hotel accommodation: (see accommodation)
Booking of rooms and conference rooms, cocktails, welcome drinks,
conference facilities, (see accommodation page for list of hotels)
- Transport:
Airport transfers depending on group size we can use the 3-seater, 7-seater
or 18-seater vehicles. Transfer of group if conference is being held
outside Nairobi.
- Meet and greet service: (see VIP service)
On arrival your guest are met at the gates and assisted with immigration
formalities, luggage assistance.
We also recommend them for people connecting flights. Dancing troupes.
- Sight seeing tours: (see city tours)
Have a look at the city in the sun that will or has hosted you. We can
offer group discount (on prior negotiations). We have tours that will suit
your timings for example the city tours or dinner at the carnivore. These
tours are relaxing, enjoyable and informative.
When choosing a conference / event venue consider the following factors:
- Theme and purpose of your event: strategic meeting, exhibitions, product
appraisal / launch, employee gratitude, etc.
- Location : distance from the airport or cities and transit times and
security
- Capacity: boardroom style, classroom style, theatre style, banquet
style, cocktail style, stadium or outdoors grounds.
- Visual aids: Overhead projectors, flip chart, TV and video, slide
projectors, screen and PA systems, etc.
- Communication facilities: telephone, fax ,email
- Recreations facilities: gym, sauna, steam bath, choice of restaurants
and bars, casinos, swimming pool, shopping center, game viewing drives,
golf-course.
- Team building facilities: some hotels and lodges have in built team
building facilities and programs, with specialized instructors
