The site reviews are enormous and people actually give facts about what they got after they have visited a destination.

Its like eating a savory meal in a restaurant, you will first tell your family, your friends or your work mates and for sure they would also want to have the same experience, and it goes on till the next, next generation. That’s so strong 'word of mouth’. So if you are service provider or goods supplier or manufacture you better make sure that what you are providing is good. Otherwise you may end up spending millions of money to advertise and everyone will by pass your product for your competitor. ‘word of mouth’ or ‘ tell a friend’ also form the use of the social media networks around us. Did you know there is a 'word of mouth academy? Keeps me pondering, could 'word of mouth' be the next most building tool in a business today and in the future?

In the safari world, we all have different experiences, I remember when one time I went to Samburu National Reserve and was staying at the Samburu Serena Lodge which has the Uaso Nyiro river flowing next. I was excited with trailing the animals in the reserve then, the rain started pouring heavily and we had to even stop on the way, since you couldn’t see ahead. Once the rain stopped a little, we set off back to the lodge and lol!, we could not get past to the lodge which was only like 20metres ahead…the rain was so heavy that the river broke its banks and started flowing on the front side. The solution wait till the river subsides then we cross, we did wait for a few hours over 6 safari vehicles and then it was time to cross but not with our vehicles no, no, the  water was still very strong and we had to use a strong vehicle. One of the delivery Lorries, was able to drive across the ranging water to our side and we had to climb up an hold on to the lorry, so that we could cross the river…My, what an experience I had, we had our dinner at around 10pm…has this ever happened to you? My point is, I have told this story to people by ‘word of mouth’ and you know they make their decision on when to go to that lodge either because some would want such an experience or some would not want such. What kind of experience do you want to experience today?
