Day 2 - After breakfast return to Nairobi arriving at around midday. (B). There are only 2 lodges in the park1. The Ark 2. The Treetops each has a unique history but you can only be there to unearth the secret behind each one of them Alternative accommodation are the self catering guest houses fishing lodge, Tusk Camp banda and Sapper hut. A 4x4 wheel drive is defintely required for game viewing in the Aberdares National Park. Besure to carry warm clothing as sometimes its get very cold during the night. Another lodge is coming up in the near future, which will easily connect you from Nyeri to Naivasha through the park,, watch out for this space. |
